The previous Stelling Minnis village appraisal was carried out in 1990. Parish Councils are under pressure from Government Agencies to prepare parish plans, which include as a first part, an update of previous appraisals. Some of you will have read the excellent plan published earlier this year by Upper Hardres Parish Council.
Commenced in Late 2006 the latest Stelling Minnis appraisal has now been completed and the report and action was launched at public meeting on 10th May 2008. Every household in Stelling Minnis Parish will have received a copy of the report and action plan, easily identified by the glossy cover picture of Stelling Minnis Windmill. The plan should provide an agenda for the future for the parish council, other bodies, and your representatives.
